decided i wanted hoddeok, so i decided to make some midday.

was dismayed to find only an expired yeast packet, and figured to try it anyway.

o_o yeast still works expired…and hoddeok packaged mixes got nothin on me. homemade hoddeok is so good. o__o

homemade hoddeok double layered is better. scoop filling one time. wrap. flatten and scoop filling second time. wrap. fry. nom. O__O
